Shipping and returns
Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click the add button on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shipping in Ireland: We ship to all areas of Ireland using An Post Registered post. Stock items should arrive within 1 working day.
Shipping in the UK: We ship to all areas of the UK using UPS Courier. Stock items should arrive within 1-2 working days.
International Shipping: We ship to all areas of world using UPS Courier. Stock items should arrive within 4-5 working days.
Payment: We accept credit card and debit card payments via PayPal. During the checkout process, you will be directed to the their site secure website. This is the part of the checkout process where you are required to enter your card details and is totally secure. We at no time see any of your card details.
Purchase Errors: If you make a mistake placing your order do not panic, simply call or email us and we will be happy to help you to rectify your order.
Shipping And Handling: Shipping charges are added to the cost of the item at the checkout at the time of purchase.
Delivery Schedule: Providing we have the items in stock, we will dispatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 working day.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns If your purchase is received as faulty or not the item ordered we will be happy to replace it for you. If the item received is faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund your money. Returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date and returned in the original packing and in its original condition. If it is found not to be faulty and all orginal packaging is recieved, a 25% restocking fee will apply. The item must be recieved without any software changes as this invalidates ANY warranty the manufactuer/supplier supplies (1 year warranty).
